The fun part is that they had both chosen personas, THEN my mom found out through her research that they really could have quite possibly met. There's a lot overlap in Norse and Khazar trading routes. They've even found Khazar things in Viking burials. Or maybe it's the other way around. I don't remember now. I went Khazar largely because I get to wear pants ^_^ My boyfriend is starting out Viking, but has hopes of 14th/15th c Spanish when he has the money to do it right. No more geeking! Sleep for me!
