Jimmy and I stumbled across a good deal on some attractive wooden folding chairs (at Cost Plus World Market - 2 for $25) which ought to suit as dining chairs, and he rented a truck today to take this antique table from the office that Robert gave us to our apartment (the table isn't standing up well to office-level use, because it gets moved around a lot, but it should be fine as a dining table). Jameson's also trying to get the last bits of stuff and the furniture he owns from his place to the apartment today. This includes the bed frame, which is very exciting. Sleeping on a mattress on the floor just doesn't do it for me.
Pretty soon we're going to be able to invite friends to come and have dinner, and so on. I'm so excited about having space to entertain guests.
