Curse You, Snap Previews!

My paid account thingy ran out yesterday morning, and I want to wait until I have a little more in my bank account before renewing it. I feel oddly cut off without all my icons! But, more, OMG those snap preview things totally lag my browser. Haaaaaaaate.

I feel pretty dumb for whining about this, though, so I think I'll stop and go do some dishes or something.

Wait, can't you opt not to see them? I think I remember doing that--& I don't have a paid account anymore either.

I did when I had the paid account, and then I guess it reverted? I dunno. Anyway, sanachan1 showed me a way to turn them off again so yay!

If you go down to that link, and look for the "for site visitors" section, there's a link asking how to turn them off. You click the question, and in the answer there is a link to click to disable them. Sorry I can't just give you the link via LJ, but hopefully that will help get rid of them. I found them maddening myself.

Dude! I got a permanent account partly so I'd never have to worry about icon loss again ;)
