I agree about western beauty standards for women. Awful. (My personal beef is with the few times when I've gone somewhere where I've been required to wear heeled shoes--awful for your feet, I can barely walk in them. Also it grosses me out that people actually have surgery on their feet so that they can wear certain shoes more comfortably.)
