Saint Isidore

So I was trying to find some stuff that I uploaded somewhere forever ago, tonight, and I ended up wandering down memory lane, by which I mean, opening old webpages hosted on my Geocities account.

I had sort've forgotten that I did the Prayer to Saint Isidore (Patron Saint of the Internet) as my Latin recitation one semester, and I had totally forgotten that I made a St. Isidore buddy icon for AIM as part of my presentation (everyone else was doing multimedia stuff. It seemed like a good idea at the time).

Anyway, immediately upon rediscovering the icon (and the crappy page that I pointed my classmates to where I have it linked), I shared the crack with mattmatt. And then we, of one accord, changed our buddy icons to Isidore. And then:

Him: ISIDORE IS NOW!
Me: 1s1d0rz!
Him: INTERNET PLUS CATHOLICISM EQUALS GO!
Him: omg ur l33t c4th0l1c15m
Him: 4giv m3 fathr 4 i hv sinned......... its bn 2 mins since i last checkd my flist lolz!!!!!!11
Him: j/k lol

Sunday Sock Blogging 3

The socks I'm wearing today are actually repeats, so I'm gonna show you yesterday's socks, instead. I didn't take them off until just after midnight last night, so they sort've count anyway, right? These socks are related to the reformed fairy socks that kphoebe modeled last week, incidentally.



Unrelatedly, I just posted the first chapter of the second Valmai Hammerhand book over at judyths. If any of you who aren't already members over there are interested in reading the continuing adventures of our favorite hammer-wielding heroine, go forth and join the community straight away. I shall approve you directly.
