Dog Update

I know a bunch of you are on the edge of your seats, so I thought I'd better let you know that I called the Humane Society and expressed my interest in that dog, today. They're gonna call me back when she's ready for adoption, which'll probably be Friday or Saturday. So I've got some time to think about it before I need to decide.

In other news - OMG I AM A SLACKER. The medley for W's O is gonna be late again like always, despite my best intentions. And I'm only just now getting a chance to edit the thing for kphoebe that I blithely assured her I was going to edit early this afternoon. And of course there's been no time for anything like housework!

I did make it to the pet store for some necessary cat supplies, however. I'm giving up on the sifting litterbox and going back to covered - Zuul has been scratching these deep furrows into the wall, and I'm worried that she'll start in on my bookcase or my armoire, next.

(Why do some cats scratch around their litterboxes obsessively? WTF?)

I still have a gajillion errands I need to run, though. And submission deadlines for some contests I wanted to enter are Friday. And I'm way behind on all my OoaKs. Ugh.
