I just got back from seeing that pirate movie all the kids are talking about. Leaving aside all discussion of whether the film is good or not, I have an important question for you. I put it in poll form! And added a chance for you to not only answer a question, but make a statement! Yay!

Love Jack Davenport.

Disappointed with the movie. Not disappointed to see Norrington even if he was a bit scruffy.

I think I'd be willing to watch Jack Davenport in pretty much anything. Not only pleasant to look upon and lovely to listen to, but I'm always impressed with how well he immerses himself in the characters he plays. What's not to love?

I wonder how much they had him actually wearing, and how much was CG'd after the fact? I'll be looking forward to the "making of" dealies that are sure to be on the DVD...

(I'm kind've a dork about special effects. I love them, and I love them even more when I know how they were accomplished)

I adore Jack Davenport in everything, apart from, for some reason I can never work out, Coupling (I'm still fairly fond of him, he just doesn't produce the yayes!Jack Davenport in it).

Well, his character is something of an oaf on that show. I still love listening to his voice and admiring his profile, though... ;-)
