The Cold Continues

I spent yesterday mostly in bed and feeling sorry for myself, but when I woke up this morning and was able to swallow without agony, and breathe through my nose, I figured I'd go to work.

DayQuil really takes the edges off things, doesn't it?

And by that, I don't mean "takes the edge off cold-and-flu discomfort" I mean "takes the edges off things."

I feel like everything is softer and more malleable than it ought to be. Including my brain. Yearrgh.
