Our neighbors have three kids. They like to play outside, which I'm normally all for, but they are screamers - I mean they (especially the oldest girl) just enjoy screaming, nomatter what game they're playing, and will do so for long, extended periods, during which time it sounds like a kindergarten is being collectively murdered. We've had to ask them and their parents several times to please, PLEASE for the love of all that's Gentle and Good and Reasonable, to keep the freaking noise down.
