I talked to the owner/manager guy once for a long time about my concerns - he said they were gonna install some soundproofing, be more clear that people shouldn't be using the side door, yadda yadda yadda. He acted like he had some authority/ability to make stuff happen.
But, yeah, calling the police when things get stupid over there is probably the thing I should be doing.
