I'm covered in a sheen of sweat that is rapidly losing "sheen" status and heading towards "puddle" or "flood" or something. The swamp cooler is on. Two fans are on. The tiny fan inside my computer mouse is on - and my palm is still damp, even so. I'm sitting on some old shirts that I draped over my computer chair because the feel of damp cloth against my bare legs is better than the feel of damp leather.

OMG, it is hot.

I think I'll call Jimmy. We could go to the mall, and wander around in the air conditioning for a while. Or the toy store. Or a movie. Doesn't matter what's on the screen... I'll be paying my eight bucks for two hours of AC.

It's pretty damn hot. I think I'm mostly crabby about it because it's humid during the day right now, because of the monsoons.

That's what's maddening here, too - unusually high humidity. That's one of the main reasons I moved out west! Grr!

Adam's air conditioning has been on the fritz, so I can relate! (Well, I think all Arizonans can relate to some degree!) Good luck with staying cool!
