I just spent almost $300 on garbage cans. My duties at work are so glamorous!

Though, there is something really satisfying about shopping for and then ordering precisely the right trash receptacle. I dunno. It may be one of those things one has to experience for oneself.

In other Exciting! Accomplishment! news this week, I've started beating the tenth level of Legend of Aladdin. Which means I'm...out of levels to beat. So I bought the full version. Expect a review in the next issue of Cerise.

I'm sure it's similar to the feeling I get when buying fabric for a show. The joy of spending OTHER PEOPLE'S money! And lots of it!

It is both exciting and terrifying!

How does the shirt fit, btw? I meant to ask before and forgot.

It's great! Both flattering and comfy. I wore it the two days after I got it ^_^ I can do that and it not be icky because my after work clothes get worn for all of a few hours usually.
Speaking of GW,I kind of wish I wasn't working tomorrow morning. One of those silly morning shows is filming live in town here and I was debating between taking a big GW sign or a big Iris sign if I could go. Not that I'm a great big dork or anything. Free publicity of awesome!

Ah, I remember being the purchasing guru. Making up spreadsheets detailing the pros and cons of this copier versus that one. It is oddly satisfying.

George and I were without internet this weekend because of the Cox mess so I broke out all my old school game roms. I have about 2GB of old console roms and ancient PC games (Space Quest FTW). If you ever need something to play let me know.

*is half way through Final Fantasy III*

Did I tell you about the blog idea I had for an Iris-associated blog? Access to a big pile o' games would be pretty ace for that.

Nope, you haven't mentioned a blog. Taking on more projects? ;)

Would you like me to burn you a DVD of the roms or would you prefer an download link? I don't mind zipping everything and putting it on megaupload or something.
