It's Adjacent to the Weekend

Maybe I just need to take Mondays off, generally. I was pretty much useless today. Got a few dishes done, and had some nice chats with friends, but otherwise just loafed. Not that loafing is useless! It is good for the brains, I think, on occasion. And I was reading, and a book in my general writing genre, too, so there's that. But yeah, no writing done today, no housework in any significant quantity, etc. But looking back I see that Monday last week was similarly null, and I managed to be very productive from Tuesday onward. So! I will see if I can work that again.

Oh, also, Thursday is Jimmy's and my anniversary. It would be good for at least one of us to remember it, this year, so I'm writing it down in hopes of sparking my memory later. Three years. Weird.
